Our Corporate Headquarters is looking to hire a Closing Coordinator supporting PST business hours.
ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.
Job Title: Closing Coordinator
Reports To: Closing Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Closing
Division: Retail
Salary Range: $45K to $50K per year
Summary: Validates fees and insures compliant disclosure through the loan process.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Confirms and enters verified data in Encompass to include but not limited to: AKAs, taxes and insurance amounts and wire instructions
- Reviews preliminary title reports to verify property address and vesting are correct and consistent to ensure closing documents will be prepared accurately. Enters vesting information in Encompass.
- Ensures all required title/closing agent contact information is correctly entered in Encompass
- Gather all necessary information for accurate preparation of closing documents.
- Prepares and distributes initial closing disclosure to ensure that loan applicants receive complete and accurate disclosure in compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Monitors and tracks the pipeline of loans to ensure timeliness and accuracy of documents.
- Assist closers with re-disclosures for change of circumstances.
- Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above.

Education/Experience:
- Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior 3-5 years of loan closing coordinating or related experience required
