Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients over the phone.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfortable handling high-stress situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
