As a Clinical Services Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving performance improvement initiatives for our valued healthcare partners (ACO REACH, MSSP, and Federal healthcare beneficiaries). You will be a key contributor to our team, helping to shape the future of healthcare delivery. In this role, you will: Lead and implement performance improvement strategies focused on clinical, business, and operational transformation. Manage a team of clinical leaders, project directors, and senior clinical tacticians. Drive relationships with provider organizations and oversee workstream engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage technology and service offerings. Provide expertise in healthcare industry trends, policy, research, and value-based care models. Travel 30-50% between North Carolina and Southeast Florida. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in either provider or value-based care settings. Strong project and program management skills. Financial acumen and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of leadership. Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, policies, and value-based care strategies. Experience with healthcare informatics and performance improvement tools. Bonus points for: Experience working with C-level leaders and translating their needs into actionable plans. Ability to navigate complex issues and build consensus.
