Responsibilities
- Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!)
- Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that keep things moving
- Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections
- Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors
- Performing quality assurance audits to keep relocating employee files in tip-top shape
- Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too
- Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience
- Showing up consistently and reliably, because your presence makes a difference
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
