Trisura is a specialty lines insurer focused on Surety, Specialty Insurance, Property & Casualty, and Warranty products. The Claims Administrator, Structured Solutions will manage day-to-day claims administration, support the Fronting claims team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of claim files and recording of payment and reserve transactions
- Manage the processing of the monthly claims bordereaux
- Support the Fronting claims team by managing administrative workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes
- Assist with claims reporting, payment tracking and status updates for internal and external partners
- Contribute to improvement in administrative processes
- Build knowledge of claims handing processes with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claims process and resolution
Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience with data entry systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
