We are a finance program for churches and other organizations that uses its purchased real estate spaces to accelerate the growth of church and other organizations that serve the community. We are seeking individuals who have deep expertise in various areas related to our business. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for people experienced specifically with any of the following:
-- church financial stewardship and consulting to church leadership about successful financial management
-- church organization loan underwriting, vetting and execution
-- church facility property management
-- church acquisitions, leasing and sales of church buildings/facilities.
-- commercial loan mortgage underwriting and processing

This opportunity is remote and not on site, but ideal if candidates are located in or near North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Alabama.
This is initially a part-time position, but as the Program grows conversion to a full-time position will be available, with more growth and equity participation. Ideal candidate has held positions of leadership in church organizations and also has a strong real estate and/or lending background.
