Church Mortgage Underwriter, Servicer and financial consultant

We are a finance program for churches and other organizations that uses its purchased real estate spaces to accelerate the growth of church and other organizations that serve the community. We are seeking individuals who have deep expertise in various areas related to our business. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for people experienced specifically with any of the following: -- church financial stewardship and consulting to church leadership about successful financial management -- church organization loan underwriting, vetting and execution -- church facility property management -- church acquisitions, leasing and sales of church buildings/facilities. -- commercial loan mortgage underwriting and processing Please include a cover note describing your experience in one or more of the above areas. This opportunity is remote and not on site, but ideal if candidates are located in or near North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Alabama. This is initially a part-time position, but as the Program grows conversion to a full-time position will be available, with more growth and equity participation. Ideal candidate has held positions of leadership in church organizations and also has a strong real estate and/or lending background. Position may require occasional car travel to portfolio assets initially in NC, SC, GA and Al. Explain why this would not be a problem for you and what circumstances in your life allow you to take on such a position. • Have you entrepreneurial and/or worked in a start-up environment? Provide some examples demonstrating this. • If a position with us is not a good fit at the moment, would you like to be considered for a role on the Advisory Board, offering insight to the Program, and typically consisting of 1-3 hours of time per month?
