Role Responsibilities
• Craft high-quality, challenging chemistry problems with real-world applicability for AI training and evaluation.
• Solve and review domain-specific problems to ensure accuracy, rigor, and clarity.
• Apply advanced chemistry expertise to improve AI understanding of complex scientific concepts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts on problem design and refinement.
• Ensure all contributions meet high standards for precision, structure, and scientific validity.
Requirements
• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry.
• Strong command of core and advanced chemistry concepts.
• High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to produce clear, structured content suitable for AI systems and expert review.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
