Channel Manager - West Coast

We are seeking a rising West Coast Channel Manager, ideally based in Phoenix, AZ, to build and scale our Western U.S. channel business. This role is ideal for an early‑career channel or sales professional eager to own a regional territory and deepen their footprint in the MSSP and VAR ecosystem. You will strengthen relationships with strategic partners, enable their sales teams, support customer engagements, and generate partner‑sourced opportunities across the Western region. Description Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a go‑to‑market channel plan for the Western U.S., anchored in Phoenix. - Identify, onboard, and expand relationships with regional VARs, national partners, and security resellers. - Act as the primary RedLegg contact for partner sellers and leadership across the West. - Deliver partner enablement through training, content sharing, and opportunity coaching. - Collaborate on joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events to drive demand. - Support partner‑led customer calls, presentations, and follow‑up engagements. - Maintain accurate regional pipeline management, forecasts, and leadership reporting. - Provide field insights to help refine RedLegg’s channel programs and offerings. - Travel regionally to partner offices and customer sites. Qualifications - 2–5 years in cybersecurity, MSSP, or VAR/channel roles. - Experience with national partners such as CDW or SHI is highly desirable. - Based in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to travel regionally. - Strong understanding of managed security services and channel‑driven sales. - High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and eagerness to grow into a senior role. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to operate independently while collaborating with internal teams.
