We’re hiring an MSP Channel Development Manager to build, activate, and scale our MSP partner channel. Your mission: sign and energize MSP partners, run a high-accountability cadence with their sales teams, and drive a steady flow of qualified introductions + end-client meetings for Shokworks’ AI transformation and development capabilities.
What you’ll do
• Recruit net-new MSP partners aligned with our ICP
• Activate partners with weekly operating cadence and clear accountability
• Work with individual Account Executives at MSPs to build our pipeline
• Orchestrate MSP-sourced flow: intro → meeting → qualified opportunity
• Support consultative conversations that position Shokworks as an AI transformation partner
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and reporting in Monday.com
• Build/maintain a lean enablement kit (talk tracks, templates, ICP one-pager, discovery checklist)
• Represent Shokworks in MSP ecosystems/events as needed
• Help recruit 10 new MSP partners and enable all of our MSP partners to
What success looks like (30–90 days)
• A repeatable MSP channel operating system (cadence + workflows + messaging)
• Partners reliably producing introductions and meetings
• Clean, leadership-ready visibility in Monday.com (stages, owners, next steps, dates)
Ideal background
• 5+ years in channel/partner roles (MSP channel strongly preferred)
• Proven track record: signed partners + generated partner-sourced pipeline
• Consultative seller mindset (professional services / advisory experience a plus)
• Comfortable discussing AI transformation in business terms (grounded, outcome-driven)
• Highly disciplined follow-up and execution; high integrity and transparency
• Preferred: top-tier consulting background.
