Location: Remote in Virginia only Job responsibilities: Productivity- Need to make calls daily (40 calls/day); 90% outbound/ 10% inbound Will use EPIC and JIVA and QNXT Schedule member appts for member annual wellness visits Updating member charts and putting notes for primary care, for refilling prescriptions or any necessary care that is needed immediately Scheduling telehealth if needed Education: High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED BLS REQUIRED within 90 days of hire. Certification/Licensure: CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or CMA- Certified Medical Assistant or RMA- Registered Medical Assistant or EMT- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) REQUIRED Experience: 1 year Clinical/Administrative experience REQUIRED Customer Service/Front Desk experience acceptable Sentara Health Plans provides health plan coverage to close to one million members in Virginia.
