University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Milan, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients’ family members and office.
- Report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings
- Flexible availability to meet clients’ scheduling needs
