Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to restart their careers in IT after a break. The candidate will support business operations by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping drive business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications
• Support data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of business trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations
• Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning sessions
• Help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for projects and workflows
• Support testing activities such as UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 0 1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or training programs are acceptable)
