Campaign Manager – Freelance

Job Description: • Own day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals • Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams • Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive communication • Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations • Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles • Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives • Track campaign performance using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns Requirements: • 3-4 yrs experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management ideally working with beauty, fashion or life style brands. • Negotiation experience w/ creators • Creator contracting experience • Strong written-communication skills • Ideally some client facing experience • Must be able to work US hours (EST/CT/PST) • Strong organisational prioritizations skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at speed • Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease • Strong cultural competency and knowledge of trends for US market • Understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing • Passion for the creator economy and emerging cultural trends • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to high standards Benefits: • We’re a remote-first team, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you do your best work • 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year • Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills. • Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work • Healthcare stipend for US-based team members
