We are a disability law firm running a high volume inbound and outbound call operation and are looking for an experienced call center systems consultant to review our setup and recommend improvements.
We are looking for consulting and advisory as we already have a strong internal automation and ops support already
Our Current Setup
-Central CRM: GoHighLevel
-Meta paid traffic, TT, and organic
-Lead volume: ~100 leads per day
-Traffic is warm and expected. Leads are opting in and should expect a call
-Outbound attempts: 6 to 9 per lead
-Single digit speed to lead
-Current answer rate of 6.3% (sad)
We currently use PhoneBurner for outbound calling
We have experienced frequent spam and spam-likely flagging, even on new numbers
We have tested GoHighLevel power dialing but are concerned about outreach behavior and deliverability
The Problem
We believe we may be hitting the practical limits of PhoneBurner for our volume and use case.
We are not looking for cold blast dialers or aggressive predictive systems designed for unsolicited cold calling.
Our traffic is warm. Our callers are expected. Compliance and reputation matter.
We want a system that:
-Supports higher daily call volume cleanly
-Does not constantly trigger carrier spam flags
-Works well with GoHighLevel or can integrate cleanly
-Is appropriate for a law firm environment
What We’re Looking For
Someone who has:
-Designed or advised higher volume call center systems
-Experience beyond PhoneBurner
-Worked with legal, healthcare, or other regulated environments
-Strong understanding of call routing, attempt logic, carrier behavior, and system design
-Opinions backed by real-world experience
What We Want From This Engagement
-Review of our current call and CRM setup
-Clear recommendations on:
-Whether PhoneBurner can realistically support our use case
-Alternative phone systems that fit our volume and compliance needs
-Solution that preserves speed to lead
-How to structure attempts without damaging number reputation
-High-level guidance and decision support
We may implement internally, but are open to continued involvement if there is a strong fit.
