Job Description:
• Analyze operational datasets, claims data, and customer feedback (including NPS) to understand trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support and design projects that improve the digital claims experience across customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost
• Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and inform decisions
• Partner with Product, CX, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to streamline processes through documentation, automation, and process improvements
• Drive execution on high-priority initiatives by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and ensuring work is completed with quality and follow-through
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform broader decision-making
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations, strategy, analytics, or a similar environment
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data to answer business questions
• Experience using data to support fact-based decisions and process improvements
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute directly to execution
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently.
