The Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) is responsible for driving business growth through relationship management, sales, and business development to support member financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business members to support growth in business deposits, loans, and related services
- Understand members’ needs and recommend appropriate business products and services that align with their financial goals and operational needs
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, relationship development, referrals, and community engagement
- Build, manage, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by prospecting, conducting follow-up, tracking opportunities, and advancing relationships through the sales process
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, performance expectations, and key performance indicators, including production, relationship growth, activity levels, and member experience standards
- Prepare and deliver business development presentations, product recommendations, and proposals in a professional and member-focused manner
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, outside sales, relationship management, financial services sales, or a comparable member-facing business development role required
- Two-year College or University diploma (Associate's) in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required
- Must complete the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants Simplified Examination within 60 days of employment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid Florida Driver's license and good driving record required with a working vehicle
