Location: Remote – LATAM (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. Business Hours Full Time
Base Salary: $1,500/month
Bonus: Earn +$500 for every closed deal after your first
About the Role (BDR)
The BDR team fuels ScaleSource’s growth.
You will identify and engage target companies, run outbound qualification, perform sales demos, and close deals. Your role is to open doors with decision-makers, uncover hiring intent, and convert prospects into clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and manage outreach across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Perform 50+ cold calls per day
• Qualify prospects (need, timing, budget, decision process)
• Run sales demonstration meetings
• Own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting → closing → account management
• Maintain accurate and actionable CRM data
• Use consultative, solution-based selling
Core Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting consistently
• Build and expand a strong lead pipeline
• Manage your time independently across prospecting, demos, and closing
• Engage decision-makers and drive conversations forward
• Maintain activity levels and hit performance targets
Required Experience (Must-Have)
• 3+ years in outbound sales / prospecting
• 3+ years in high-volume cold calling (50+ calls/day)
• 3+ years in B2B outbound sales
• 1–3+ years conducting sales demos
• Strong experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent phone communication and clear articulation
• Strong written communication (email + LinkedIn outreach)
• Proven ability to manage pipeline and close deals
• Experience working in quota-driven environments
• Ability to work U.S. hours remotely
