Our mission is to create safer, cleaner, and more sustainable waterways around the world, with Europe representing a major area of growth and opportunity.   We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is seeking more than a traditional sales role — someone who wants to make a real impact, open new markets, build strong long-term relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of marine protection. This is an opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote working environment, is comfortable with regular travel, and enjoys engaging with clients across different countries, cultures, and sectors.   YOUR IMPACT   You will play a pivotal role in shaping Ecocoast’s growth across Europe, leading business development activity within the marine, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.   This role is not simply about generating sales — it is about building market presence, developing strategic relationships, and establishing Ecocoast as a trusted partner for innovative and sustainable waterway protection solutions. You will: - Drive expansion into new markets and unlock high-value opportunities - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders - Position Ecocoast as a leading solutions provider through a consultative and technically credible approach - Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the business across the region KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   1.         Drive Growth -         Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe -         Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract award -         Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within priority market 2.       Build Relationships That Matter -         Develop long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders -         Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and proposing tailored, value-led solutions -         Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and key commercial discussions 3.       Deliver Solutions Not Just Quotes -         Work closely with engineering, operations, product teams to shape competitive and technically credible solutions -         Contribute to the strategic positioning of key opportunities -         Support the development of partnerships, agent networks, and local market presence 4.       Create Structure and Support Scale -         Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive, including forecasting, reporting, and opportunit management -         Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects across the region -         Contribute to regional business plans and broader market expansion strategy WHO YOU ARE This role is not defined by experience alone, it is equally about mindset, ambition, and the ability to create impact.
