We’re looking for a Brand Director to shape and lead our brand strategy, bringing our story to life in a way that connects us with our audience and stands out in the market. This role will own our brand identity, lead impactful campaigns, and partner across teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience everywhere we show up.
Your Impact:
- Shape and continuously evolve the company’s overall brand strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define and clearly communicate our brand identity with target audiences.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive alignment and ensure the brand vision brought to life.
- Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and keep the brand relevant in a dynamic landscape
- Manage the brand budget and metrics, establishing KPIs, tracking results, and optimizing efforts to drive measurable impact.
Your Strengths:
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and executing campaigns
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution
