Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual German Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s satellite internet service, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your daily activities will include:
- Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving customer inquiries across multiple channels—including chat, email, and voice—while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
- Providing technical guidance on hardware installation, software configuration, and network performance to both novice and advanced users.
- Analyzing support trends, identifying systemic gaps, and proposing data‑driven improvements to product, process, and training materials.
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to develop and refine troubleshooting playbooks and root‑cause analysis procedures.
- Creating and curating high‑quality internal knowledge‑base articles, FAQ content, and self‑service resources for both customers and support staff.
- Acting as an internal advocate for the customer, translating user feedback into actionable insights that shape future product releases.
- Participating in shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage for our global subscriber base.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in IT, networking, or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 + years of experience in a front‑line customer support role, preferably within a technology‑focused environment.
- Fluency in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Additional Requirements
- Availability to work scheduled shifts—including holidays—and the ability to commit to overtime as business needs dictate.

- Following a one‑week intensive classroom training program (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm), associates will transition to a 10‑hour shift schedule. Available shift options include:
- Shift Alpha: Sunday – Monday, 10:00 pm – 8:30 am PST
- Shift Delta: Friday – Monday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm PST
- Shift Echo: Friday – Monday, 1:30 pm – 12:00 am PST
Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a transparent, tiered hourly compensation structure that reflects experience, skill set, and performance:
- Level 1: $24.00 / hour
- Level 2: $25.00 / hour
- Level 3: $27.00 / hour
The final rate will be determined after a thorough review of your background, technical expertise, and relevant achievements. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package that may include:
