We're looking for someone who's done this before and can hit the ground running. No hand-holding — we'll give you the tools and direction. You bring the process.
What you'll be doing
Building targeted prospect lists (Founders, Heads of Marketing, Influencer Managers, Growth Leads) using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase
Running cold email campaigns via Instantly.ai — multi-inbox setup, domain rotation, deliverability management
Running LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator — structured, personalised, no spam
A/B testing messaging and iterating based on reply rate data
Directing high-fit prospects toward our free trial (1 week, includes credits)
Identifying and escalating high-value leads (larger brands or agencies showing genuine interest) directly to the founders for a potential demo call — rather than pushing everyone to self-serve
Reporting weekly KPIs (contacts added, emails sent, reply rate, free trial signups driven)
You're a fit if you have
Hands-on experience running outbound for a SaaS or digital product
Working knowledge of Instantly.ai (or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Nav
Understanding of email deliverability — SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, domain rotation
A commercial instinct for knowing the difference between a self-serve lead and one worth escalating
Clean, organised list-building habits and comfortable following SOPs
Metric-driven mindset — you track everything and know what to do when numbers dip
