Job Title: Attorney – Contract Law & Judgment Debt Collection (Florida Bar Required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney licensed with the Florida Bar, specializing in Contract Law and Judgment Debt Collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts, as well as pursuing post-judgment remedies and collections within the state of Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
Provide legal guidance on contract disputes and enforcement strategies
Manage and execute judgment debt collection processes, including garnishments, liens, levies, and asset discovery
Represent clients in court proceedings related to contract disputes and debt recovery
Conduct legal research and stay updated on Florida laws and regulations related to contracts and collections
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution
Maintain accurate documentation and case records
Qualifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract law and/or debt collection litigation
Proven experience with post-judgment collection procedures in Florida
Strong understanding of civil litigation and court procedures
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Preferred Skills:
Experience with commercial and healthcare-related contracts
Familiarity with collection software and legal case management systems
Strong negotiation and settlement skills
