Position OverviewMediVena is seeking an experienced Amazon Sales & Advertising Specialist (Seller Central focus) to own and scale the company’s Amazon business. This role is responsible for full operational and commercial management of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, content optimization, advertising, inventory planning (FBA), account health, customer engagement, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing regulated healthcare or medical products on Amazon while protecting brand integrity and ensuring policy compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Seller Central Management· Own day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts.· Manage ASIN creation, variations, parent-child relationships, and catalog integrity.· Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, especially for medical and healthcare categories.· Supervision of Paid Account Management program2. Product Listings & Content Optimization· Create, launch, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes).· Manage and update product images, infographics, lifestyle photos, and videos.· Create and maintain A+ Content and Premium A+ Content.· Ensure listing accuracy, regulatory-compliant claims, and consistent brand presentation.3. Pricing & Competitive Landscape· Develop and manage pricing strategies aligned with margin targets and MAP policies.· Monitor Buy Box performance and address risks related to pricing or fulfillment.· Conduct regular competitive analysis (pricing, content, reviews, promotions).· Support deal creation including coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal promotions.4. Sales Performance & Data Analysis· Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability at ASIN and category level.· Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.· Identify growth opportunities through keyword, category, and competitor analysis.· Support forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning.5. FBA Inventory & Operations Management· Manage FBA inventory levels to maintain high in-stock rates while minimizing storage fees.· Create FBA shipment plans and coordinate replenishment cycles.· Monitor inbound discrepancies, lost or damaged inventory, and reimbursement claims.· Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams.6. Account Health, Compliance & Appeals· Monitor Account Health Dashboard and performance notifications.· Prepare and submit Amazon Appeals and Plans of Action (POAs) for listing suppressions or warnings.· Manage documentation requests related to product compliance and safety.· Proactively reduce account risk and ensure long-term account stability.7. Customer Feedback & Brand Management· Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback trends.· Respond to customer questions and messages in a timely and professional manner.· Identify recurring issues and collaborate internally to improve product quality or content clarity.8. Advertising & Promotional Campaigns· Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).· Manage advertising budgets, bids, and keyword strategies.· Track and optimize ACoS, ROAS, and TACoS.· Support product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives.
