Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Agent with a background in State Farm and a strong proficiency in handling internet leads. This position will have a heavy focus on internet lead management, with agents expected to work and receive approximately 40 new internet leads per day. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert a high volume of internet leads (around 40 new leads daily) into new insurance clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance on auto insurance products tailored to client needs.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client service excellence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with State Farm insurance products and processes.
Proven success in managing and converting internet-generated leads, particularly at high volume.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
Average commission for sales team members is approximately $2,500 per month.
Top-performing team members are earning as much as $5,000 or more per month.
