What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process monthly premium billing cycles for ASO PEPM fees and Medicare Advantage enrollees, including invoice reconciliation
- Research and resolve finance-related customer relationship management (CRM) requests from internal teams and external vendors
- Communicate weekly claims funding totals for both capitated and non-capitated claims to ASO clients
- Compile and process accounts payable, maintaining the day-to-day payment cycle and ensuring timely settlement of Medicare Advantage claims
- Maintain accurate vendor information and ensure timely processing of payments to contracted providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of accounting or finance-related experience
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and computers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
