What You’ll Do:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries).
- Keep financial records accurate and organized.
- Work with sales and operations teams to make sure everything lines up.
- Help with monthly close, reports, and general accounting tasks.
- Keep an eye on details and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- NetSuite experience is required (you’ll be using it daily).
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.
- Someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly.
- A positive attitude — we like good vibes around here.
