The First Day & First Day Complete Operations Coordinator supports the FD & FDC Operations Team, field management, and other HQ teams to ensure the smooth operation and successful launch of FD & FDC programs. This role involves tracking program progress, addressing issues, and providing continuous support and guidance to both field inquiries and customer care teams, leveraging expertise in the program and the specific needs of each school.
How You'll Make an Impact
? Adoption Setup and Maintenance
? Work closely with store teams to evaluate adoptions for their FD or FDC program to ensure financial success
? Track and manage both print and digital adoption lists term over term
? Ensure data received from field teams and publisher partners is accurate and set up correctly in backend systems
? Store Training and Support
? Train field teams on how to accurately review adoption data for their FD or FDC program and how to properly utilize tools available to them
? Participate in weekly training calls for field teams and provide one on one store support where needed, as identified by FDC Ops Team, as well as by store request
? Guide field teams in conversations with publisher partners
? Provide troubleshooting and support to field teams for issues related to FDC student selection portal as well as digital items being delivered within the campus LMS
? Communications
? Collaborate with FD & FDC Ops Team, Academic Solutions Teams, and other interdepartmental teams to provide field teams with outline timeline expectations and program necessary updates
? Timeline Management
? Monitor store progress, identify potential delays and proactively address issues
? Ensure timelines are adhered to so that all program and company goals and deadlines are met.
? Additional responsibilities as required
What You'll Need to Succeed
? 1-2 years of experience in retail management
? Knowledge of higher education, digital course materials, or learning technologies is a plus
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
? Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
? Proven ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets

The hiring rate for this position is $24 / hour. The actual pay may vary based on a number of factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, competencies, etc.
