The National Account Manager – Costco is responsible for growing the Barcel USA business at Costco, with a strong focus on the center store and new growth opportunities. This role will lead efforts to expand the current portfolio, drive innovation and seasonality, and collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, operations, and distribution partners to deliver results for both Barcel USA and Costco.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving results with Costco, building strong merchant relationships, and executing strategic initiatives. This individual must be able to communicate with purpose, be accountable, creative, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategic account plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with Costco merchants to drive expansion, growth, and increased presence across all clubs and regions
- Develop, communicate, and execute account plans to achieve sales, volume, and market share objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, and distribution teams, to ensure flawless execution
- Create, manage, and optimize sales plans, forecasts, and trade/spend budgets
- End-to-end execution across item setup, maintenance, accrual tracking and ongoing account needs
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with Costco
- Analyze business performance to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop internal and customer‑facing selling materials and presentations
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including innovation, seasonal programs, and incremental subcategories to expand Barcel USA’s footprint at Costco
