Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results and making a difference in the lives of our clients. **Your Role** As a German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service. * Representing blithequark and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. * Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. * Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible results. **What We Expect from You** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, as you'll be communicating with our clients and partners in this language. * Good English skills (for internal communication only), as you'll be working with our team to resolve issues and provide support. * Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), as you'll be working with our clients to manage their SEO campaigns. * Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas. * Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards. * Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. **Working Hours and Environment** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
