As a Freelance Hindi Conversation Moderator, you’ll get paid to host, guide, and train creators while helping build vibrant communities. Whether you’re a student, recent graduate, or experienced moderator, you can work flexibly from home and develop valuable skills in the creator economy. Job Level Level 3 – Experienced/Advanced Community Moderator If you’ve led communities, podcasts, or focus groups before and are confident training others, this level is for you. You’ll not only moderate and host, but also coach creators and help shape conversation formats. What You’ll Do - Host and moderate engaging Hindi-language conversations on Zencastr’s platform. - Lead small focus groups, community rooms, or podcast-style sessions. - Train freelance Hindi audio creators on effective conversation and hosting skills. - Keep conversations natural, respectful, and inclusive. - Provide feedback and guidance to help participants grow as creators. - Act as a community presence, ensuring sessions stay on track and participants feel supported. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You - Are fluent in spoken and written Hindi and comfortable in English. - Have experience in at least one of the following: -Podcasting or audio recording -Moderating communities (Reddit, Discord, Twitch, etc.) -YouTube or other video content creation -Focus group moderation or communication-heavy role -Or, you’re a freshman/college student who simply loves having conversations - Own a computer or laptop, or an iPhone/iPad (Android devices not supported). - Have earbuds/headphones and a stable internet connection and a quiet environment - Bring confidence, empathy, and a positive attitude to group settings. - Location: Remote (India-based). - Mandatory Syncs: daily sync during the weekday with the global team (EST/PST morning overlap).
