Lead the flight testing and demo flights for agriculture drones developed by ePlane. Must-Have: 1. Experience in conducting agricultural drone operations 2. DGCA RPAS pilot certificate- Medium Category 3. In-depth knowledge of drone integration, operation, flight planning, and aerial imaging techniques 4. Familiarity with different type of agriculture drones, sensors, and associated systems used in data processing 5. Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed 6. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to drone operations. 7. Experience in identifying new opportunities and developing new business opportunities relating to drones and precision agriculture 8. Skills to develop and maintain a pipeline of strong leads and prospects Good to Have 1. Understanding of precision agriculture concepts and practices. 2. Experience with agriculture related data analytics 3. Ability to interpret data gathered and generate accurate maps, orthomosaics, and vegetation indices 4. Know-how on conducting demos to clients, stakeholders, and delivering presentations Personality Traits 1. Written and verbal communication in English/Hindi 2. Capacity to work in independently 3. Multi-tasking 4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
